CRE Dealmakers Network LLC — Privacy Policy

Version 1.1.0 · Last updated October 22, 2026

CRE Dealmakers Network LLC ("CRE Dealmakers Network," "we," "us," or "our") recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of Personal Data. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to provide important information about the privacy practices applicable to our website at www.credealmakersnetwork.com and its related subdomains (collectively and individually, the "Website"), and to the member community, courses, live sessions, and related services we make available (the "Services").

Please read this policy carefully.

If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use the Website or the Services and do not communicate personal information to us. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we use the Personal Data we may collect.

By accessing the Website or using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection and receipt of the Personal Data described in it for the purposes we describe.

"You" and "your" mean any visitor to the Website, any subscriber or member of the CRE Dealmakers Network community, and any person with an account with us. "You" also includes any entity under or through which you have created an account.

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data collected and processed by us through your visit to or use of the Website and the Services, and to any other personal information obtained when you call, email, text, or otherwise communicate with us, unless that communication occurs through a separate channel that has its own applicable privacy policy governing in that context.

All defined terms used in this Privacy Policy have the meanings assigned here or in our Terms of Service, as applicable. This Privacy Policy is made a part of and is governed by our applicable Terms of Service.

Data Processing Principles

We process your Personal Data in compliance with all relevant laws, fairly and transparently, and for the specified and legitimate purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We use reasonable and appropriate security measures regarding the processing of Personal Data.

We do not process Personal Data that is not relevant or necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We work to keep your Personal Data accurate and up to date, and to erase or correct inaccurate Personal Data in a timely manner. We keep your Personal Data in a form that enables us to identify you for no longer than needed for the purposes for which we process it.

Our Community Platform and Payment Processing

The CRE Dealmakers Network member community, course library, and downloadable resources are hosted on a third-party community platform, Skool. When you join, your account is created on that platform, and your membership subscription payments are processed through it.

We do not collect, receive, or store your full credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers. Payment card details are collected and processed by Skool and its payment processors under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive only limited transaction information, such as your name, email address, subscription tier, payment status, renewal dates, and the last four digits or card type where made available to us for billing administration and support.

Your use of the community platform is also subject to that platform's own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of that platform, and this Privacy Policy does not modify or replace them.
